By accessing or using The Mini Bar App (“Service”), operated by Macara Software LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Mini Bar App is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for hospitality properties. The Service includes a web-based admin dashboard and a mobile application for room attendants to track mini bar consumption, manage inventory, and generate reports.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service, upload malicious code or content, or resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including property information, inventory data, and consumption records. You grant the Company a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
