Your data, your control
If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from The Mini Bar App, please contact us using one of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Send an email to support@theminibarapp.com with the following information:
1. Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
2. The email address associated with your account
3. Your full name
4. The property name(s) associated with your account
Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove your personal account information (name, email, password hash), your user activity and login history, and any personal data associated with your profile.
For property administrators requesting full property deletion, we will also remove all property data including room configurations, item catalogs, daily check records, inventory logs, consumption reports, and alert configurations.
We may retain certain data as required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data will be anonymized where possible and securely stored.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you, and the 30-day period will begin upon successful verification.
